About The Sixth Floor Museum
Located on the sixth floor of the Dallas County Administration Building in downtown Dallas, The Sixth Floor Museum has become an iconic site in Texas. The museum is dedicated to John F. Kennedy and pays tribute to his life and tragic assassination that occurred on Dallas's Elm Street in 1963. Guests are able to go on educational tours, learn about his presidency, explore a detailed timeline of his assassination, and more. The Sixth Floor Museum also has different shops and cafes for visitors to enjoy in between exhibits.
